Lexentia is vigorously defending agents having already received, those last months, decisions of dismissal conditioned by a no-deal scenario.
Those agents have no idea on when the dismissal will start and have been informed the decision might be withdrawn but with no idea at all of the circumstances of such withdrawal.
Any agent, even future non-EU Citizen, has the right to understand a decision and to benefit from the assistance of the administration, especially when it affects his/her career.
We have been heard by several Institutions but discussions are still ongoing with some others.
